The slippers
How quickly do CozyHeat™ slippers warm up?
Press the button on the ankle and you'll feel warmth within seconds.
How do I charge them?
Each pair comes with a USB charging cable. Plug it into any USB wall charger or a laptop port.
Can I walk around in them?
Yes. The thermoplastic (TPE) sole is non-slip on hardwood, tile and carpet, and the velvet upper is light and flexible.
How do I clean them?
Spot clean the velvet with a slightly damp cloth. Don't machine wash or submerge them, because they contain electronics.
What's in the box?
One pair of CozyHeat™ Electric Heated Slippers and a USB charging cable.
Sizing
Which size should I choose?
CozyHeat™ comes in US sizes 5 to 12:
- US 5–6 = EU 35–37
- US 7–8 = EU 38–39
- US 9–10 = EU 40–41
- US 11–12 = EU 42–43
If you're between sizes or like to wear socks inside, choose the larger size.
What if the size isn't right?
Email us and we'll arrange a free exchange, including a prepaid return label.
Orders and shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 7–15 business days after shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number when your order ships. Enter it on our Track Your Order page.
Does the Buy 2, Save 15% deal apply automatically?
Yes. Add 2 or more pairs to your cart and 15% comes off at checkout. No code needed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for any reason, and we pay the return shipping. See our Refund Policy.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return.
