We want you to love your order. Every purchase from LuxePaw Culture is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, email us at Support@luxepawculture.shop and we'll make it right.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return, for any reason.
- Please return the item clean, with everything it came with (including the USB charging cable), and in its original packaging where possible.
- Include your order number and proof of purchase.
- Sale and discounted items are covered by the same 30-day guarantee.
Return shipping is on us
To start a return, email Support@luxepawculture.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. You don't pay anything to send it back.
Please contact us before sending anything. Packages sent back without an approved return request can't be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and we'll arrange a free exchange. We'll send you a prepaid label for the original pair and ship the new size as soon as the return is on its way, subject to stock.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm your refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, please email Support@luxepawculture.shop.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned under this policy instead.
European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without giving a justification. This right is in addition to our 30-day guarantee.
Items we can't refund
Gift cards are not refundable.
